It's heavy to write about Factory Life.
In positive view of point, mass production in Factory could solve huge demands from cloud. It could bring down the cost, so that you and me no need to pay with higher price for our desire items. Imagine if no factory going to process milk, then all of us have to feed a cow at home. Of cause it won't happen. Whenever there is demand, there will create the supplier. This is the basic of Economism.
However, working in Factory is like robot. Repeating the same motion, at the same place without exercising your brain. In fact, they don't want you work with your brain. If you work with your brain, means you are dreaming. Then, your concentration to your motion or activities will be affected. So when you are working, better keep your brain somewhere. All they need is the habits of your motion. When your repeating motion becomes standard, then their output quantity and quality will be standard and easy to be controlled. That's why Standard Deviation is so important in manufacturing statistic.
